About Mann-Fleming Machine Works, Inc.
Our History
We are & have always been a family owned and operated business. The company was founded by two brothers, W.B. and H. R. Mann. It started with one second hand truck and one welding machine. It was known as M & M Welding Service until Mr. J.E. Fleming, a manual machinist, joined the brothers and the shop was established as Mann-Fleming Machine Works, Inc. in 1972. Since its beginning the company has grown steadily until is has become a complete metal fabrication and machine shop.
Our Legacy
We are proud to have been serving West Monroe and surrounding cities for the past 60 years. We hope to continue serving for decades to come. The Mann Brothers & Mr. Fleming prided themselves on being "Dependable and Efficient" and that is what we strive for still for to this day. Our motto being
