Our History
Mann Fleming has always been a family-owned and operated business. The company was founded by the Mann Brothers with one second hand truck and one welding machine. It was established in 1972 when Mr. Fleming joined them and changed the name to Mann Fleming Machine Works Inc. Since its humble beginnings, the company has grown steadily until it has become a complete metal fabrication and machine shop. We are proud to have been serving West Monroe and surrounding cities for the past 60 years. We hope to continue serving for decades to come. Mr. Mann & Mr. Fleming prided themselves on being "Dependable and Efficient", we strive for complete and total customer satisfaction every day.
